In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, implement the work requirements of the “Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China”, such as enriching smart home scenarios, supporting age-appropriate renovation and intelligent upgrading of old houses, expand high-quality supply to meet the consumer needs of different groups, and further promote smart home consumption, this action plan has been formulated.

I. Expanding the supply of high-quality smart homes

5. Unblock the waste recycling service chain
