IAG Wraps Up EUR500 Million Share Repurchase Program

12:08 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG.L, IAG.MC), or IAG, concluded its share repurchase program of 500 million euros. The British airline holding company bought back a total of 97,747,488 shares and will hold them in treasury for cancellation, according to a Sept. 11 filing. The share repurchase program is intended to reduce share capital. IAG noted that the completion brings its total amount of repurchased shares to 1 billion euros.
