According to the report, it is said that US law enforcement agencies obtained a court order in the US in advance before taking action, then raided the employee's London apartment on August 25, took him away and sent him to the British Royal Air Force base used by the US military in order to evacuate the country. The report mentioned that the US side has no power to arrest the man in the UK, and allegedly did not formally request the man's extradition. The British government was apparently only told about the incident after the employee had been taken out of the UK.
