The company's shareholders transferred 84.8473 million shares to Citibank and 247 million shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong.

Previously, Haidilao announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of RMB 22.337 billion (same unit), an increase of 7.89% year on year; profit attributable to the company's owners of RMB 1,767 billion, up 0.47% year on year; core operating profit of RMB 2,513 billion, up 4.38% year on year; basic profit of $0.33 per share, with a proposed interim dividend of HK$0.377 per share.
