Academy of Learning Co.'s Board Proposes Capital Boost via Bonus Shares

(SASE:9541) said Sunday that its board proposed to boost its capital to 157.5 million riyals from 135 million riyals via bonus share issues. The increase will be done through the issue of one bonus share for every six shares held. The education and training services company will use 22.5 million riyals from its retained earnings to fund the move. The company said the capital increase is still subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
