Mefic REIT Fund Amends Terms of Asset Acquisition Deals in Saudi Arabia

Under the revised agreements, the purchase prices for the Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Jeddah assets were reduced. Additionally, the payment methods were changed. Additionally, the real estate investment fund noted that its board approved boosting its total asset value to 770.9 million Saudi riyals due to the property acquisitions.
