According to Zhitong Finance App, Lei Dian Weili (301050.SZ) announced that Chen Fashu, the shareholder holding 8.8549% of the shares, plans to reduce the total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.416,400 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement of the reduction plan (excluding the period prohibited by laws and regulations), accounting for 2.9956% of the company's total share capital.
