Zalaris to Delist from Euronext Oslo Børs in November

08:47 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Euronext Oslo Børs will delist Zalaris' (ZAL.OL) shares from its platform, effective Nov. 11. The last day of trading for the human capital management services company's shares on the bourse will be Nov. 10, according to a Friday release. The delisting follows the completion of Kona BidCo's recommended mandatory takeover offer for Zalaris in late July.
