RTW Biotech Opportunities Invests $4 Million in Encoded Therapeutics

05:33 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RTW Biotech Opportunities (RTW.L) said Friday it invested an additional $4.1 million in Encoded Therapeutics as part of the latter's $275 million Series F financing. The proceeds will support pivotal and expansion studies of Encoded's gene therapy candidate ETX101 for the treatment of Dravet syndrome, as well as manufacturing scale-up and development of its broader neurology pipeline. The London-listed investment company first invested in Encoded in 2020.
