Irish Nutrition Group Glanbia Names CFO Designate

02:42 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Glanbia (GL9.IR, GLB.L) said Thursday it named Chief Digital and Transformation Officer Wendy Chang Smith as chief financial officer designate, effective immediately. Smith will take over the CFO role on March 31, 2027, succeeding Mark Garve, who will step down from the role on March 30, 2027, and retire from the company on April 30, 2027.
