Scandinavian Astor Group Seeks SEK114 Million from Share Issue

01:00 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scandinavian Astor Group (ASTOR.ST) said Wednesday it expects to raise 114 million kronor by issuing 7,104,235 shares at 16 kronor apiece. The Swedish defense group will issue the shares to new and existing Swedish and international institutional investors, as well as other qualified investors. Chief Executive Officer Martin Elovsson said the oversubscribed offering will further improve the financial flexibility of the group, allowing it to pursue future opportunities and expansion.
