Bayer, Neste Finalize Commercial Deal on Newgold Winter Canola

09:12 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bayer (BAYN.F) completed a commercial agreement with Finnish oil refiner Neste (NESTE.HE) covering the German life science company's newgold winter canola product. Under the agreement, the companies are establishing a newgold network with additional value chain partners to jointly scale the product for biofuels production, according to a Wednesday release. Bayer intends to launch newgold winter canola hybrids in the fall of 2027.
