08:35 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Elmos Semiconductor (ELG.F) expanded its collaboration with South Korean silicon foundry SK keyfoundry on the latter's new 130-nanometer technology platform, according to a Wednesday release. The mixed-signal semiconductor supplier will use the 130-nm platform to manufacture its smart 4-channel eFuse controller E550.01 for future zonal vehicle architectures. The agreement also ensures long-term wafer capacity through 2037. Additionally, Elmos and SK agreed to jointly launch a new eFlash memory cell in 2027 that will provide high-performance memory functions on an "exceptionally" small chip area.
