Devolver Digital to Repurchase Shares via Oversubscribed Tender Offer

04:47 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Devolver Digital (DEVO.L) will repurchase up to 23,320,896 shares at 0.16 pound sterling apiece through an oversubscribed tender offer that closed on Tuesday. The indie video game developer and publisher will repurchase the shares through its appointed principal Zeus Capital, according to a Wednesday release. The repurchased shares will be canceled.
