Catena Media Accepts SEK12.5 Million Hybrid Securities in Tender Offer

03:03 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Catena Media (CTM.ST) will repurchase hybrid capital securities with a total nominal amount of 12.5 million kronor, accepted in a voluntary tender offer launched on Aug. 21. The online casino gambling and sports betting information company will pay a total cash tender price of 2.5 million kronor, according to a Wednesday release. The offer closed on Sept. 4. Catena Media expects to settle the tender offer on Sept. 16.
