Sweden's Linjemontage Plans Nasdaq Stockholm Listing, Targets Up to SEK2.4 Billion Valuation

02:50 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Linjemontage i Grästorp Aktiebolag plans to list its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm's main market and launch an initial public offering for the general public and institutional investors. The power transmission and distribution infrastructure services company said Wednesday it expects the listing to be completed by the end of September, subject to market conditions. Meanwhile, the offering will consist of existing shares held by majority shareholder Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden and other shareholders. Two key investors, Tredje AP-fonden and Unionen, agreed to buy shares worth a total of 290 million Swedish kronor, which will value Linjemontage at up to 2.35 billion kronor. ABG Sundal Collier will act as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner, and Pareto Securities will serve as joint bookrunner.
