Orange Completes EUR4.1 Billion Issue of Fixed-rate Bonds

11:51 PM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orange (ORA.PA) concluded the issuance of 4.1 billion euros of fixed-rate bonds in four tranches, with orders totaling 16 billion euros, according to a Tuesday release. The telecommunications company sold 1.25 billion euros of 3.625% bond due September 2029; 1 billion euros of 4% bond due September 2032; 1.1 billion euros of 4.25% bond due September 2035; and 750 million euros of 4.5% bond due September 2038. The company earmarked proceeds for general corporate purposes.
