Bureau Veritas Prices EUR700 Million Notes Issuance

11:28 PM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bureau Veritas (BVI.PA) on Tuesday priced an issuance of 700 million euros of 4.125% fixed-rate notes due Sept. 9, 2034. The Paris-listed testing, inspection and certification company will issue the notes on Wednesday at a price equal to 99.386% of the principal amount. The notes will be issued in denominations of 100,000 euros, with optional redemption also set at the same amount.
