Maase Huazhi Future Subsidiary Signs RMB23.52M Agreements With Clients Over Application Programming Interface

Maase Inc. (NASDAQ: MAAS) ("MAAS" or the "Company"), an artificial intelligence ("AI")-centric full-scene digital systems provider and operator, today announced that its subsidiary, Huazhi Future (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huazhi Future"), recently entered into three services agreements with enterprise customers (the "Agreements"). The Agreements have an aggregate contract value of RMB 23.52 million and each has a two-year service term.
