Picton Property Income's Takeover by LondonMetric Property, Schroder REIT Wins Court Clearance

08:54 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Picton Property Income (PCTN.L) said Tuesday that the court sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for its acquisition by LondonMetric Property (LMP.L) and Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust (SREI.L). The British real estate investment trust said the scheme is expected to take effect on Thursday once a copy of the court order is delivered to the Guernsey Registry. Additionally, Picton noted that its shares will be suspended on Thursday, with delisting to follow on Friday.
