Episurf Medical to Buy Swedish Property in SEK95 Million Deal

12:18 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Episurf Medical (EPIS-B.ST) plans to purchase the fully let Åkersberga Berga 11:47 property in Stockholm, Sweden, at an underlying property value of 95 million kronor. The acquisition will be carried out by acquiring all shares in the property's owner, LC Åkersberga Fastighets, a unit of Landsort Care 4, the real estate and medical technology company said Monday. Episurf Medical will satisfy the consideration through cash, issuance of new class B shares, and the assumption of existing external debt financing. A final share purchase agreement is expected to be entered into by Sept. 30, subject to customary due diligence, financing, and board approval. Completion of the deal is planned for Dec. 1.
