Jersey Electricity Plc Amends US Notes Facility with New $150 Million Shelf Loan

07:02 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jersey Electricity plc (JEL.L) said Monday it amended and supplemented its existing 30 million-pound-sterling US private placement notes agreement with PGIM. The new deal includes a $150 million, five-year uncommitted shelf facility of either US dollar- or pound-denominated notes, with a maximum average life and maturity of up to 30 years. The loan supports long-term funding flexibility and expands the electric utility's sources of capital, in line with its 180 million-pound, five-year capital investment program.
