Secure Trust Bank Kicks Off Final Phase of GBP10 Million Share Buyback

04:52 AM EDT, 09/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Secure Trust Bank (STB.L) on Monday initiated the second 5 million-pound-sterling tranche of its 10 million-pound buyback program aimed at reducing its share capital. The second phase follows the completion of the first tranche on Aug. 5, under which 323,406 shares were purchased. The second phase is scheduled to expire on Dec. 31 unless the target amount is reached sooner, with all repurchased shares to be canceled. The specialist lender's joint broker, Shore Capital Stockbrokers, will independently carry out the buyback transactions.
