The communications services company agreed on Sept. 1 to Bradbury Bidco's offer of 11.20 pounds sterling in cash for each Gamma share, valuing the company's entire ordinary share capital at 1.02 billion pounds on a fully diluted basis, with an implied enterprise value of 1.08 billion pounds. Gamma reportedly saw Epiris' offer as simpler and with a lower execution risk than Waterland's. Gamma and Waterland did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
