Theeb Rent A Car, HungerStation Amend Vehicle Leasing Deal Amid Rising Costs

(SASE:4261) and HungerStation, a unit of German online food delivery company Delivery Hero (DHER.F), mutually agreed to reduce the size of their vehicle leasing contract by 82.5% amid rising supply costs, vehicle prices, and shipping costs. The Tadawul-listed car rental company's addendum contract was signed on July 15 for a value of 106.8 million Saudi riyals. With the revision, the contract value comes down to 88.1 million riyals. Theeb has delivered the reduced number of vehicles under the amended contract.
