Dar Albalad for Business Solutions Enters MoU to Buy AI Technology Companies

The IT services company said Sunday that the nonbinding deal will serve as a framework for the potential transaction's review and due diligence process. The company added that the agreement includes other terms, such as information confidentiality, exclusivity, and action restrictions. The potential acquisition of the artificial intelligence companies is subject to approval, such as from regulatory authorities.
