CodeLab Capital Names Mdco Group as Counterparty in Potential Acquisition

12:26 PM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CodeLab Capital (CODE.OL) said Mdco Group is the counterparty to a nonbinding term sheet for the potential acquisition in the occupational health services segment announced in July. The Norwegian software company said Thursday that negotiations to fully acquire Mdco Group are at an early stage, but they have agreed to a period of exclusivity. The potential acquisition is expected to be financed by issuing shares and a concurrent capital raise in CodeLab.
