Protector Forsikring Issues NOK350 Million Restricted Tier 1 Bond

10:14 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Insurance company Protector Forsikring (PROT.OL) on Thursday issued a 350 million-Norwegian-krone perpetual restricted tier 1 bond, for settlement on Sept. 17. The Solvency II-compliant bond, which will be listed on the Oslo bourse, is priced at three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 2.25% per year, with a first call option on Sept. 17, 2031.
