Panthera Resources Raises GBP3 Million via Share Placing, Subscription

The gold exploration and development company will issue 15,362,780 new ordinary shares at 0.175 pound apiece, according to a Thursday release. The net proceeds will be used to finance corporate overheads, legal and advisory expenses, arbitration costs, general working capital, and to bolster the company's balance sheet.
