Sdiptech Issues SEK400 Million Senior Bonds Due 2030

12:18 PM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish infrastructure-focused technology group Sdiptech (SDIP-B.ST) said Wednesday it issued floating-rate senior secured bonds worth 400 million kronor under a 1 billion-krona framework. The bonds, due September 2030, carry an interest rate of three-month Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 2%. They will be tradable on Nasdaq Stockholm's corporate bond list. Settlement is scheduled for Sept. 9.
