Bayer Outlines Seed, Crop Protection Products Pipeline

09:11 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bayer (BAYN.F) said Wednesday it expects to launch its soybean seed trait Vyconic in 2027 in the US and Canada as part of plans to bring 10 major products to market over 10 years. The German life science company also plans to introduce Intacta 5+ soybean biotechnology for the 2027/2028 growing season in Brazil. Bayer, which has already commercialized its Plenexos insecticide and the Preceon Smart Corn System, dubbed the products blockbusters, with each expected to deliver a peak sales potential of at least 500 million euros.
