Saudi Bourse Suspends Four Companies from Trading Over Delay in H1 Financial Results

04:00 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Saudi Exchange suspended four listed companies from trading for one day on Wednesday for failing to file their first-half financial statements. The companies are Rawasi Albina Investment (SASE:9547), Ghida Alsultan for Fast Food (SASE:9567), Alhasoob Co. (SASE:9522), and Amwaj International (SASE:9537), according to a same-day release. The companies will resume trading on Thursday for 20 trading sessions, but must publish their financial results by Oct. 1 to avoid another suspension, the bourse said.
