Hammerson Prices GBP250 Million Bond

03:42 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hammerson (HMSO.L, HMSO.IR, HMN.JO) priced a bond worth 250 million pounds sterling at 107 basis points over the 4.125% treasury gilt 2033, according to a Wednesday release. Due on June 8, 2033, the bond was more than four times oversubscribed. Concurrently, the British real estate company swapped the 5.875% fixed coupon on the bond for a floating rate of the sterling overnight index average plus a margin of 131 basis points, bringing the net initial rate to 5.04%.
