Dovre Group Dissolves After Sale of Operational Businesses

01:55 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dovre Group (DOV1V.HE) was dissolved after the renewable energy project management services company sold its remaining operating subsidiaries and a 19.86% interest in Singapore's Sararasa Bioindo for 615,000 euros in cash. As part of its ongoing debt restructuring proceedings, Dovre offloaded units Renetec and Proha and the minority stake in Sararasa to Navdata, according to a Tuesday release. Dovre no longer has a stake in any operational business.
