Fundamenta Real Estate Reports Lower H1 Net Profit; Rental Income Rises

01:27 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fundamenta Real Estate (FREN.SW) said Wednesday its net profit for the first half decreased, while net rental income increased year over year. Net profit for the six months ended June 30 was 23.8 million francs, compared with 28.9 million francs earlier. EPS moved to 0.70 franc from 0.96 franc. The Swiss real estate company's net rental income was 21.9 million francs, compared with 21 million francs a year ago.
