Bper Banca to Launch Up to EUR750 Million Share Buyback

12:13 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bper Banca (BPE.MI) said Tuesday it will begin a share buyback program of up to 750 million euros on Wednesday. The Italian lender is looking to repurchase 52,616,809 shares, or up to 3% of its share capital, under the program, which will run until June 19, 2027.
