The completion follows the investment management company's fulfillment of all conditions tied to the deal, including the required regulatory approvals and no-objection statements, as well as corporate internal conditions. Under the share sale and purchase agreement announced in April, Kingdom Holding paid a consideration of 840 million Saudi riyals, representing 70% of the target's 1.2 billion-riyal equity valuation.
