Solutions Signs Five-year Revenue Sharing Deal with Tatweer Education

(SASE:7202), d/b/a Solutions, entered into a five-year revenue-sharing agreement with Tatweer Education Holding Co. unit Tatweer Educational Technologies, the strategic arm of the Saudi Ministry of Education. The information and communication technology services company and Tetco aim to develop and operate the Madares Platform, which provides private-sector services for the Kingdom's education sector, according to a Tuesday release. Solutions said the contract's value could exceed 10% of its 2025 revenue, although the final amount will depend on revenue generated under the agreed revenue-sharing model. The company expects the contract to begin contributing to its financial results from the first quarter of 2027.
