Peach Property Group to Launch CHF10 Million Buyback Offer for Perpetual Hybrid Bonds

02:09 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Peach Property Group (PEAN.SW) on Tuesday offered to buy back up to 10 million francs of outstanding perpetual hybrid bonds for cash. Under the pay-as-bid tender offer, holders of the outstanding 46 million francs of bonds may opt to sell the securities between 102% and 107% of their nominal value. The Swiss real estate company will accept the most favorable offers first. The offer will be valid from Thursday to Sept. 17.
