Dormakaba Enters CHF80 Million Sale, Leaseback Deal for Swiss Headquarters

01:32 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dormakaba (DOKA.SW) agreed to divest its headquarters property in Rümlang, Switzerland, for more than 80 million francs. The Swiss security systems group will sell the asset to real estate fund Schroders ImmoPLUS, which is managed by asset manager Schroders (SDR.L), according to a Tuesday release. The company added that after the sale, it will enter a long-term deal to lease back the location. The company said the agreement will have an initial 12-year term, with an up to 10-year extension option.
