Clinical Laserthermia Systems Raises SEK31 Million from Rights Offering

01:04 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Clinical Laserthermia Systems (CLS-B.ST) said Monday it raised 31 million kronor from its offering of shares and warrants with preferential rights. Existing shareholders of the Swedish medical technology company received paid subscribed units under the offering, with Sept. 7 determined as the record date for the conversion of the units into shares and warrants. The warrants will be issued for free, with one warrant giving the holder the option to subscribe to one new B-share in the company at 1.90 kronor per share. The warrants may be exercised from March 1, 2027, through March 15, 2027. Clinical Laserthermia expects to receive 23 million kronor in additional proceeds from the full exercise of the warrants.
