SLP Extends Swedish Property Lease with Hårds Transport

02:08 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish Logistic Property (SLP-B.ST), d/b/a SLP, extended the lease for its 40,800 square-meter Lamellen 1 property in Ljungby, Sweden, with transport services company Hårds Transport. The extended lease covers an additional 1,400 square meters and offers an annual rental value of 600,000 kronor, the real estate company said Friday. It will run from Sep. 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029. SLP noted that Hårds Transport now occupies a total area of 14,300 square meters at the property.
