Kebni Completes SEK55 Million Directed Share Issue

01:09 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish inertial sensing and satellite antenna technology company Kebni (KEBNI-B.ST) completed a directed share issue totaling 55 million kronor. The subscription price for the 68,750,000 B shares was set at 0.80 krona per share following an accelerated bookbuilding process, according to a Thursday release. The net proceeds are earmarked for the development and scale-up of its Inertial Sensing business area, the development of the SatCom portfolio, and working capital.
