Voltatron to Buy Electronic Solutions Specialist Kurz Elektronik

12:27 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Voltatron (VOTR.F) said Thursday it agreed to buy Althengstett, Germany-based electronic solutions specialist Kurz Elektronik from Prettl Group's Prettl Beteiligungs Holding. The Frankfurt-listed battery systems and advanced electronic components company will use cash to settle half of the total consideration and new shares for the other half. The target company provides solutions for industrial applications and household appliances. Initial consolidation is expected by Sept. 1.
