Nutanix Inc (NASDAQ:NTNX) reported better-than-expected results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 after the close on Wednesday, sending shares soaring. Here’s what you need to know from the print.
Nutanix said total revenue increased 16% year-over-year, with adjusted gross margin coming in at 88.3%, up 60 basis points year-over-year. Annual recurring revenue increased 16% year-over-year to $2.55 billion.
“Our fourth quarter was a strong finish to fiscal 2026, a year in which we delivered solid top and bottom line performance and added over 3,000 new customers,” said Rajiv Ramaswami, CEO of Nutanix.
Cash flow from operations came in at $315 million and free cash flow totaled $277.6 million in the fourth quarter.
Nutanix guided for fiscal first-quarter revenue of $755 million to $765 million versus estimates of $754.72 million. The company further guided for fiscal 2027 revenue of $3.18 billion to $3.23 billion versus estimates of $3.19 billion.
