4basebio, Genezen Partner on Synthetic DNA for Viral Vector Manufacturing

04:29 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- 4basebio (4BB.L) said Wednesday it entered into a non-exclusive collaboration and marketing agreement with Genezen to advance synthetic, cell-free DNA platforms for viral vector manufacturing. As agreed, Genezen will gain access to the British biotechnology company's research-use and GMP-grade hpDNA technology for use as starting material in development and clinical programs. 4basebio said its synthetic DNA is specifically for viral vector applications. The companies will also collaborate on commercial activities, including sales and technical presentations.
