Circio Holding, Full Circles Therapeutics Enter Joint Gene Therapy Research Deal

Under the agreement, the entities will combine their immune-silent C4DNATM vector platform and circVec platform to develop re-dosable non-viral gene treatments, according to a Wednesday release. The collaboration will see Full Circles Therapeutics design and produce the C4DNATM vectors, which have circVec inserts, while Circio will review the vectors' performance, expression, delivery, and immunogenicity.
