Höegh Autoliners Raises NOK1.42 Billion via Private Placement

12:10 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Höegh Autoliners (HAUTO.OL) raised 1.42 billion Norwegian kroner in gross proceeds through a private placement for existing shareholders and institutional investors. The Norwegian ocean transportation services company allocated 8.5 million shares at a subscription price of 167 kroner per share, according to a Tuesday release. Settlement of the offer shares is anticipated by Friday. Höegh Autoliners will use the net proceeds to fund its newbuilding program.
