Groupe Bruxelles Lambert Issues EUR500 Million Bond

11:23 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBLB.BR) said Tuesday it issued 500 million euros of 4% bond that will mature on Sept. 1, 2034. Settlement is scheduled by Sept. 1, with proceeds earmarked for general corporate expenditures, including debt refinancing. The Belgian investment holding company expects the oversubscribed offering to extend the average maturity of its debts.
