UK Power Equipment Rental Group Aggreko Files for NYSE IPO

11:25 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British power equipment rental company Aggreko filed an application for an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange under the AGKO ticker. In a Monday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it earmarked a portion of the net proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and BofA Securities will lead the offering.
